Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous property maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- Able to work Monday through Friday plus rotating on-call schedule
- Availability to complete routine physical inspections and maintenance tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to complete minor repairs and service requests
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Transfer trash to dumpster or storage areas as applicable
- Clean and maintain storage areas
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change all locks in accordance with property policy
- Ensure gates to all pool areas function according to codes and safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Inform supervisors of any hazards or dangerous situations
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding sensitively to complaints
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings, completing training, and reporting incidents promptly
