Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or similar role
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, reach, carry, and crawl as required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate golf cart on property
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety and risk management practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- Inspect community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure common areas and amenities are neat and litter-free
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area, and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned by supervisors and assist make-ready specialist with apartment turns
- Change all locks according to property policy and ensure pool area gates comply with safety codes
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary
- Report observed hazards or dangerous situations to appropriate supervisors
- Demonstrate customer service skills by responding respectfully to resident inquiries and complaints about maintenance services
