Job Requirements

- physical ability to perform tasks requiring continuous walking, standing, lifting, bending, climbing stairs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience preferred such as cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial work
- physical ability to perform continuous walking, standing, lifting, bending, and climbing stairs
- ability to work quickly and thoroughly with great attention to detail

Job Duties
- Arrange daily schedule around management offices
- pick up litter or debris every morning by 9:00 AM
- lift 80-100 lbs regularly
- inspect property landscaping and remove trash
- arrange swimming pool furniture, tables, chairs, and install umbrellas
- clean pool area including hosing and trash pickup
- obtain pool certification
- replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways
- replace first floor window screens as requested
- assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal and appliance checks
- clean air conditioner vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- install, move, and hook-up appliances
- replace air filters in occupied apartments
- perform light painting duties as directed
- assist service technicians as needed
- deliver notices and flyers to residents
- empty all waste receptacles including pet stations
- drive a golf cart
