Job Requirements

Ability to work outdoors 365 days a year rain or shine
availability Wednesday through Saturday
ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, cleaning, and minor landscaping
reliable transportation to Downtown Portland location
must be able to follow safety protocols
ability to report issues promptly
willingness to perform assigned tasks beyond routine duties

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
strong attention to detail
reliable and punctual
ability to perform physical labor
effective communication skills
ability to work independently

Job Duties

Perform curb to curb cleaning of nineteen member buildings and common areas
clean perimeters, walkways, tree wells, doggie stations, and garbage cans
clean hardscape, landscaping, benches, drains for seven pedestrian tracts
sweep streets from curb edge to center to remove trash, debris, leaves, or objects
report vandalism or damage to appropriate parties
apply deicer to common tracts
maintain common areas including minor landscaping such as leaf blowing
perform other assigned tasks
perform any reasonable work requested within qualifications
