Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- basic operating knowledge of landscaping tools
- strong attention to detail and work ethic
- ability to lift 40 pounds
- ability to work outdoors in all temperatures
- background check and drug screening required

- prior groundskeeping or related experience preferred
- ability to follow directions and work independently
Job Duties
- Clean interior and exterior of the property
- property groundskeeping including trash collection
- assist the service team with work orders, moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies
- assist in maintaining clean and orderly shops, storage areas, and back of house environments
- operate landscaping tools safely
- drive a golf cart as needed
- lift and move up to 50 pounds
- complete other duties assigned by supervisor
