Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
  • Commitment to safety protocols and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
  • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas and amenities
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process and manage storage areas
  • Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
  • Change locks and ensure pool gate safety compliance
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards and maintain safety standards
  • Provide courteous customer service to residents
  • Attend safety meetings and complete OSHA training
