Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Walk the property to ensure community cleanliness and quality standards
- assist with small resident or maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
- inspect pool, dog park, and amenities for cleanliness and safety
- perform landscaping duties including planting, trimming, snow removal, and spreading mulch
- maintain exterior upkeep and lawn care
- communicate effectively with team members and residents
- adhere to safety protocols and company standards
