Job Duties
- Ensure that the appearance of all property meets or exceeds company standards
- assist with community functions support
- pick up litter daily
- sweep and blow breezeways
- clean areas around dumpsters
- clean out vacant apartments
- clean mail room, pool areas, and laundry room
- assist with pool maintenance
- water plants as needed
- maintain the sprinkler system
- use insecticides, fertilizers, and herbicides as needed
- mow and trim lawns
- reseed lawns and replant if necessary
- properly stake trees
- correctly prune trees and shrubs
- weed lawns and all other planted areas
- make drainage corrections
- replace breezeway light bulbs
- assist with distributing notices
- assist in make-readies and other maintenance work as directed
