Job Duties

Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of all buildings
Trash removal and operation of trash compactor and or dumpster
Assisting in the preparation of vacant units for rent ready status
Care for property owned maintenance equipment
Treat residents with respect, efficiency and courtesy
