Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Previous groundskeeper or porter experience helpful but not required
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of general maintenance, make-ready of unit duties (trash out, cleaning & painting), housekeeping and cleaning tasks

- Knowledge of general maintenance, make-ready of unit duties (trash out, cleaning & painting), housekeeping and cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Clean up trash from around the property dumpster(s) or trash chute(s), always ensuring a clean and tidy appearance
- Clean the pool area and arrange pool furniture
- Maintain cleanliness of the leasing office and all amenity and common areas ensuring general cleanliness of grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas
- Perform exterior building light checks and assist with repairs and replacement of lights
- Complete trash out of vacated apartments designated by supervisor and prepare unit for make-ready
- Complete carpet repairs and clean and shampoo carpet as needed
- Complete minor repairs to walls, doors, wood trim, closets and cabinets and ready for painting
- Report major repair or cleaning problems to management (ex. HVAC, large sheet rock damage)
- Re-key master locks and make keys available for leasing prior to move-in
