Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum two months related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
- ability to lift heavy objects
- capability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
- ability to apply safety procedures and common sense
- must pass background screening and drug test
Job Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service skills at all times
- high school or GED equivalent preferred
- at least two months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- must be able to lift heavy items
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to understand cleaning solution or equipment labels and use as instructed
- ability to apply common sense in matters of safety and understand simple instructions
- able to work weekends and/or overtime if approved and required
Job Duties
- Cleans and performs general housekeeping and grounds clean-up duties
- keeps sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow and ice
- reports potential safety risks or repair concerns to the supervisor
- assists with routine maintenance tasks as needed
- supports team efforts to maintain overall community appearance
- communicates effectively with residents and management
- follows safety protocols and procedures
