Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of work experience preferably in property management, hospitality, or service industry
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor community spaces
- remove trash and debris from property grounds throughout the day
- water and maintain landscaping areas
- perform routine maintenance on common areas according to schedule
- engage professionally with residents and visitors
- adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
- operate tools and equipment properly for groundskeeping tasks
