Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours during holiday periods
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members
- Commitment to maintaining company standards of cleanliness and safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles helpful but not required
- Ability to operate groundskeeping and cleaning equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Reliability and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and protocols
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of community spaces such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators
- Regularly remove trash, waste, and refuse from grounds and refuse areas
- Perform landscaping duties including watering plants and maintaining lawns
- Conduct scheduled maintenance on common areas and outdoor amenities
- Engage positively with residents while working around the property
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with setting up and breaking down community event areas as needed
