Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Previous groundskeeper/porter experience helpful but not required
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of general maintenance and groundskeeping

Job Duties
- Clean up trash from around the property dumpster and buildings, always ensuring a clean and tidy appearance
- Cleans all parking areas
- Cleans all sidewalks and alleyways
- Maintain cleanliness of the front office and all amenities and common areas ensuring general cleanliness of grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas
- Report major repair or cleaning problems to management (ex. HVAC, large sheet rock damage, etc)
- Sprays with insecticides/pesticides as needed
- Trim large bushes, clear lawn debris, and use of multiple grounds keeping tools like zero-turn mower and trimming tools
- Assist with any emergency maintenance when needed
