Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, stooping, bending, climbing, reaching, pulling, and pushing
- basic knowledge of irrigation systems preferred
- ability to document activities accurately using electronic work order systems
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
