Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Previous groundskeeper or porter experience helpful but not required
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of general maintenance and groundskeeping

- Good physical condition to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Clean up trash from around the property dumpster and buildings always ensuring a clean and tidy appearance
- Cleans all parking areas
- Cleans all sidewalks and alleyways
- Maintain cleanliness of the front office and all amenities and common areas ensuring general cleanliness of grounds laundry rooms walkways streets driveways parking lots entrances foyers breezeways recreational areas etc
- Report major repair or cleaning problems to management ex HVAC large sheet rock damage etc
- Spray with insecticides/pesticides as needed
- Trim large bushes clear lawn debris and use multiple groundskeeping tools like zero-turn mower and trimming tools
- Assist with any emergency maintenance when needed
