Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
At least two months related experience or training
Ability to lift heavy items
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and instructions on cleaning solution labels
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to work weekends and/or overtime if necessary
Successful completion of background screen and drug test

High school or GED equivalent preferred

Ability to lift heavy items
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to understand cleaning solution or equipment labels and use as instructed
Ability to apply common sense in matters of safety
Able to work weekends and/or overtime if approved and required

Job Duties

Cleans and performs general housekeeping and/or grounds clean-up duties
Keeps sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow and ice
Reports potential safety risk or repair concerns to the supervisor
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
Assists with outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
Ensures compliance with safety and operational policies
Provides excellent customer service to residents and visitors
