Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to communicate and comprehend in English
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day

Job Duties
- Demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
- Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all common areas
- Ensure the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste
- Maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas and prepare for trash pick-up
- Maintain grass and landscaping including watering flowers
- Ensure the best possible appearance of apartments prior to new resident move-in
- Advise supervisor of maintenance needs such as ripped carpet, torn linoleum, or window/door repairs
- Provide assistance with apartment turnovers
- Communicate maintenance or curb appeal issues to Maintenance Team Leader
- Respond appropriately to emergencies following policies and procedures
- Participate in required in-service training sessions
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Contribute to resident satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations
- Participate in Cardinal U training as required
