Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance work is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all exterior grounds, parking lots, walkways, and common areas
- Pick up litter and debris daily throughout the property
- Empty trash receptacles and assist with trash and recycling management
- Sweep, blow, and pressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, stairwells, and parking areas as needed
- Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as watering, weeding, and leaf removal
- Clean and maintain common areas including clubhouse, laundry rooms, mailrooms, and pool areas
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or vandalism to the maintenance team or management
- Assist maintenance staff with light duties such as moving furniture, setting up for events, or minor repairs
- Ensure compliance with community safety standards and company policies
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with residents and guests
