Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance work is a plus
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment such as blowers and pressure washers
- reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- strong attention to detail and work ethic

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all exterior grounds, parking lots, walkways, and common areas
- pick up litter and debris daily throughout the property
- empty trash receptacles and assist with trash and recycling management
- sweep, blow, and pressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, stairwells, and parking areas as needed
- assist with basic landscaping tasks such as watering, weeding, and leaf removal
- clean and maintain common areas including clubhouse, laundry rooms, mailrooms, and pool areas
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or vandalism to the maintenance team or management
- assist maintenance staff with light duties such as moving furniture, setting up for events, or minor repairs
- ensure compliance with community safety standards and company policies
- provide courteous and professional interaction with residents and guests
