Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in groundskeeping or similar role preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and punctual
Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas
Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance
Ensure trash and debris are properly disposed of
Support event setup and breakdown when needed
Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
Report any facility issues to supervisors
