Job Requirements
- Valid US driver’s license with at least 3 years of experience
- capable of operating snowplow-equipped pickup truck and skid steer or willing to be trained
- available for operational needs including early mornings, overnight, or extended shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- experience with groundskeeping, custodial or property maintenance preferred
- able to work independently with communication
- ability to write basic reports
- strong attention to detail
- proficient with hand, power tools, and basic electrical equipment
- comfortable working outdoors in varied weather
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain assigned work areas
- support parking operations through cleanup, landscaping, minor repairs, and routine property maintenance
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of parking lots, walkways, restrooms, and common areas
- perform groundskeeping and property upkeep including debris removal, seasonal cleanup, landscaping support, and maintaining safe pedestrian pathways
- participate in snow removal operations including shoveling and salting walkways and common areas
- clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
- identify and address safety hazards such as ice buildup, debris, and damaged surfaces
- use iPad or similar devices to communicate with supervisors and document updates
- work at other properties as assigned during operational needs or crises
- complete grounds work as directed and follow company policies and safety procedures
