Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Valid unexpired driver’s license issued by a US state, US territory or District of Columbia
  • Ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service or airline operations experience
  • Ability to lead, direct and motivate teams
  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year customer or community service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the Ground Service Agents on shift and ensure team success in achieving operational goals
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed by Ground Service Agents
  • Assign flights and manage agent schedules weekly
  • Perform clerical functions and manage reports
  • Assist with unexpected passenger needs or complaints
  • Perform Ground Service Agent duties as needed
