Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record if driving is required
- Availability to work special shifts including weekends or 3rd shift if needed
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- Ability to adapt to changing work conditions
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow safety protocols including reading safety data sheets
- COVID-19 vaccination required subject to accommodations

Job Duties
- Maintain daily cleanliness of all facilities including primary and secondary building structures at holding lot, holding lot restrooms (clean, service and disinfect), driver rest area and offices, holding lot parking, queuing and circulation areas
- Maintain grounds including clearing snow, trimming shrubbery and grass, sanding or salting as necessary during inclement weather
- Identify minor facility repairs including fixture and bulb replacements
- Advise supervisor of any facility maintenance and safety related issues
- Occasionally perform cleaning and maintenance services at terminal booth areas
- Courteously assist fellow workers and customers
- Complete other duties as assigned
