Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire
- Knowledge of metro area is desirable
- Customer service experience preferred
- Prior airport experience preferred
- Must have excellent attendance and arrive to work on time when scheduled
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Availability to work special shifts including 2nd and 3rd shifts and/or weekends as required
- Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license if driving company vehicles or on company business
- Ability to read and write English exceptionally well
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence and reports legibly
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- Ability to apply common sense understanding
- Ability to make sound judgments
- Ability to apply patience and fairness in communication
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Safe and orderly dispatching of taxicabs from the Terminal
- Coordinate movements of taxicabs from and to the Holding Lot, Ground Transportation Area and Terminal Passenger Loading Zone
- Monitor taxicab compliance with applicable policies and procedures
- Monitor and coordinate activities of other commercial vehicles and Airport employee shuttle vehicles as directed
- Provide exceptional customer service to traveling public
- Provide transportation information to Airport patrons
- Manage all activities in the Loading Zone to ensure passenger and taxicab safety and limit congestion
- Greet passengers at taxi curbside and offer assistance or directions
- Direct passengers to appropriate taxi or limo service
- Ensure sufficient taxicabs are available for passengers and dispatch cabs to loading points
- Communicate with drivers, co-workers, and supervisors and address concerns
- Write factual reports for deviations from normal operation
- Order luxury limousines as needed and log limousine information
- Identify and report safety issues immediately
- Clean and maintain surrounding work area and break room
- Complete other duties as assigned
