Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid state driver license and a clean driving record
- Basic English language skills at B1 proficiency level or equivalent
- Ability to obtain an airport ID badge within 30 days of employment
- Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Properly greet customers in a welcoming, friendly and respectful manner, escorting customers during arrival and departure to/from lobby to/from aircraft
- Serve as a liaison for service requests and communicate with relevant departments for aircraft cleaning, fuel, maintenance, and other services
- Transfer packages and baggage to/from aircraft and vehicles ensuring identification and security
- Operate courtesy van/bus to transport passengers, crew, baggage and cargo, ensuring vehicles are maintained
- Respond to requests for refreshments and catering, assist with deliveries and catering check-in
- Assist with aircraft and hangar cleaning including vacuuming and linen coordination
- Maintain flight kitchen cleanliness and inventory of supplies
- Help with hangar stacking, aircraft ramp parking and guiding aircraft during arrivals and departures
- Maintain knowledge of safety procedures and company standards
- Adhere to grooming, dress code, and customer service excellence
- Enforce company policies professionally
- Represent Jet Aviation professionally to customers and industry contacts
