Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent
- possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- if work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- if work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001
- must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
- if required by customer or role access, be able to secure a Customs Seal through the respective governing agency

- complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
- ability to secure a Customs Seal if required by customer or role access
- preferred one or more years of relevant experience
Job Duties
- Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate
- transport, lift, load/unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and mail material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loader, or baggage carts in a safe manner
- safeguard customer baggage, air cargo, airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage and/or destruction
- clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies
- operate heavy equipment such as pushback equipment and maintain visual contact with Wing Walkers to ensure the equipment is free of any danger
- operate and/or drive motorized equipment such as belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, push back tugs, bag cart, lavatory cart, and deicers or manually push and pull push carts and containers
- receive and record customer baggage, air freight, mail, and company materials as required
- pick up, deliver, and transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft, which could include wheelchairs, strollers, live animals, and other vital property of passengers, and prepare records in connection with these responsibilities
- complete paperwork and forms connected with work assignments pertaining to procedures and enter data into company's information system as required
- follow company procedures and protocols to ensure we are always operating in a safe and responsible manner
- complete all training when required by company, airport governing authority, or customer when required
- be on time, be prepared, and be safe
- be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
