Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment exceeding 70 pounds
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fluent in English
- Must maintain professional appearance
- Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor airport environments
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, climbing, balancing, and kneeling
- Must meet all company safety and security policies
- Completion of required annual training
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to adhere to company dress code
- No sponsorship for work visa provided
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Quick thinking and flexible to ensure task completion
- Ability to manage several tasks and communications streams at once
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must be physically able to push, pull, lift, unload, and maneuver heavy luggage and equipment over 70 pounds for extended periods
- Must have sufficient hearing and vision and ability to safely perform essential functions
- Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperature and weather conditions
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain a professional and business-appropriate appearance
- Must be fluent in English
- Prior experience with aircraft handling preferred
- Experience with helicopter operations preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Loading and unloading cargo
- Communication with flight crew
- Safety and security compliance
- Weather monitoring
- Passenger assistance
- Record keeping
- Maintain cleanliness in terminal, hangar, and ramp areas
- Perform passenger check-in duties
- Handle passengers' personal protective equipment (PPE): cleaning, inspecting, and instructing passengers on proper use
- Pre-flight inspections
- Other duties as assigned
