Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in ground operations or aviation services preferred
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects over 100 pounds
- Valid driver's license with clean record for operating vehicles
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to comply with all safety and operational guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Experience in ground operations or airport services preferred
- Ability to operate motor vehicles and ground support equipment
- Physical ability to lift heavy baggage and perform manual labor
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills including radio communication
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Team player with attention to safety protocols
Job Duties
- Operate ground service equipment including motor vehicles, tugs, and elevated de-icing equipment
- Service aircraft using ground service equipment such as potable water trucks, ground power units, tugs, aircraft pushback, lavatory trucks, and deicing trucks
- Work in a ramp environment
- Tag, lift, load and unload customer bags, some weighing over 100 pounds, from baggage compartments and baggage systems
- Operate external aircraft equipment
- Prepare aircraft cabins for boarding and departure including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories
- Assist customers with special needs, including boarding assistance
- Guide aircraft to and from parking locations
- Use handheld radios to communicate with proper radio etiquette
- Assist with loading and unloading mail, small packages, and human remains
- Ensure and maintain a safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
