- entry-level position with no prior experience necessary
- must be able to participate in paid training at Minneapolis-Saint Paul hub
- readiness to work outdoors in varying weather
- ability to work a flexible schedule including 24/7 shift coverage

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in all weather conditions
- strong physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to obtain certification on ground support equipment through company training
Job Duties
- load and unload baggage for passenger flights
- operate de-icing equipment
- sort and handle packages for Amazon cargo flights
- marshal incoming and outgoing aircraft
- drive pushback tugs and other ground support vehicles
- perform physical labor including lifting heavy loads
- ensure on-time departures through efficient ramp operations
