Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- must pass background check
- must pass pre-employment drug test
- must obtain security clearance
- must have valid driver's license
- ability to push, pull, or lift 50 lbs for extended periods
- ability to work varied hours including swing, graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
- authorization to work in the U.S.
- willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and elevated noise levels

Job Duties
- Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers
- complete all necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers such as preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, preparing and issuing tickets, checking baggage, and collecting excess baggage charges
- complete arrangements for passengers with reservations, standbys, luggage, cabin availability, and in-flight supplies
- guide passengers safely from terminal to aircraft
- perform loading and unloading of cargo on and off aircraft
- transport cargo between terminals and aircraft
- physically handle freight and company material
- marshal aircraft and equipment
- operate ground equipment including tugs and belt loaders
- clean and service cabin interiors including cockpit and lavatories
- use safety-related equipment and provide de-icing service to aircraft when needed
- perform other duties as assigned
