Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift 50 lbs
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pass background check
  • Pass pre-employment drug test
  • Obtain security clearance
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work outdoors under varying weather and noise conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to read and write English, bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Availability to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, and obtain security clearance
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to work outside in all weather and noise levels

Job Duties

  • Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers
  • Complete necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers including preparation of itineraries, fare computations, ticket issuance, baggage checking, and collection of excess baggage charges
  • Manage accommodations for passengers with reservations, standby statuses, luggage, cabin availability, and in-flight supplies
  • Guide passengers safely between terminal and aircraft
  • Perform loading and unloading of cargo on and off aircraft
  • Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft
  • Handle freight and company material physically
  • Marshall aircraft and equipment
  • Operate ground equipment including tugs and belt loaders
  • Clean and service cabin interiors including cockpit and lavatories
  • Use safety equipment and provide de-icing services when needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
