Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to push, pull, or lift 50 lbs
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background check
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Obtain security clearance
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work outdoors under varying weather and noise conditions
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to push, pull, or lift 50 lbs for extended periods
- Ability to read and write English, bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Availability to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, and obtain security clearance
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work outside in all weather and noise levels
Job Duties
- Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers
- Complete necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers including preparation of itineraries, fare computations, ticket issuance, baggage checking, and collection of excess baggage charges
- Manage accommodations for passengers with reservations, standby statuses, luggage, cabin availability, and in-flight supplies
- Guide passengers safely between terminal and aircraft
- Perform loading and unloading of cargo on and off aircraft
- Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft
- Handle freight and company material physically
- Marshall aircraft and equipment
- Operate ground equipment including tugs and belt loaders
- Clean and service cabin interiors including cockpit and lavatories
- Use safety equipment and provide de-icing services when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
