Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Possess valid proof of auto insurance
- Own a clean, smoke-free vehicle
- Have access to a compatible smartphone with iOS 11 or newer, or Android 5.0 or higher, with camera and GPS capabilities
- Be authorized to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use mobile applications proficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Capable of driving safely and handling shopping and delivery tasks
- Basic knowledge of U.S. traffic laws and navigation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Walmart store layouts and product assortment is a plus
- Experience in delivery or retail an advantage
Job Duties
- Enroll in the Spark Driver platform via the application process
- Download and use the Spark Driver app to select and accept delivery offers
- Shop for groceries and other goods at Walmart and local stores accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly and maintain communication with customers as needed
- Keep the vehicle clean and smoke-free while ensuring safe driving practices
- Manage earnings by utilizing the app’s multiple payout options
- Participate in referral and incentive programs to boost income potential
