Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a clean, smoke-free vehicle
- Possess valid driver’s license
- Hold valid proof of auto insurance
- Use a smartphone with iOS 11 or newer or Android 5.0 and higher
- Device must have camera and GPS capability
- Pass background screening including motor vehicle and criminal records
- Authorized to perform services as an independent contractor in the U.S.

- Experience in customer service or delivery preferred
- Familiarity with local area and traffic patterns
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Enroll for Spark Driver app and download the application
- Choose and accept delivery offers from the app
- Shop for customers at Walmart and local businesses
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently
- Maintain communication with customers and support as needed
- Keep vehicle clean and smoke-free
- Manage delivery schedules independently
