- at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- valid driver's license number
- social security number (US only)
- access to a smartphone
- a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- ability to pass background and identity verification
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in delivery or customer service is a plus
- valid driver's license or scooter/bicycle ownership in select cities
- reliable smartphone proficiency
- ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly
- good time management and communication skills
Job Duties
- accept delivery assignments through the DoorDash app
- pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retailers
- deliver orders accurately and promptly to customers
- manage delivery times efficiently to maximize earnings
- maintain communication with customers and DoorDash support as needed
- ensure the safe handling of food and retail items
- use the DoorDash Dasher app for navigation and order updates
