Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- clean, smoke-free vehicle
- valid proof of auto insurance
- ability to use a smartphone with GPS and camera
- authorized to perform services as an independent contractor in the U.S
- compatible iOS 11 or newer or Android 5.0 and above device
- good physical condition to carry and deliver goods

- good communication skills
- ability to manage time effectively

Job Duties
- enroll in the Spark Driver program using the application process
- download and regularly use the Spark Driver app to manage and accept delivery offers
- perform timely shopping and delivery tasks for Walmart and local business customers
- maintain clear communication with customers and support teams when necessary
- keep the vehicle clean, smoke free, and in good working condition
- comply with all safety and legal requirements including valid driver’s license and insurance
- utilize app features to maximize earnings including referral programs and personalized offers
