Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to fully complete cashier training program
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Effective communication and reading skills
- Ability to memorize produce and sale items
- Ability to work cooperatively in high-paced retail environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when needed
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing and lifting
- Must act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently through the check lane
- Rotate merchandise and check product quality according to code dating policies
- Promote trust and respect among team members
- Create a welcoming environment by answering customer questions
- Maintain knowledge of products to assist and make suggestions
- Greet and assist customers while informing them of specials
- Order, label, stock, and inventory merchandise
- Report discrepancies in product orders, shipping, and pricing
- Adhere to cash shortage and overage limits to control loss
- Follow guidelines on restricted sale items
- Maintain proper food safety standards and temperature logs
- Comply with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- Notify management of equipment repair needs and accidents
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding business and customer information
- Provide support through direct interactions with diverse customer groups
- Perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
