Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- capability to bend reach stoop kneel and squat
- able to push pull and maneuver heavy loads
- able to stand for extended periods during the workday
- willingness to work in environments of extreme cold
- prior retail or grocery work experience preferred

- knowledge of common allergies and specialized dietary terms such as gluten-free vegan vegetarian preferred
- experience working in a retail or customer service-oriented environment preferred
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of stocking and merchandising principles
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service within the grocery dairy and frozen food departments
- ensure the grocery dairy and frozen food departments are well stocked clean organized rotated and merchandised appropriately
- maintain an attractive sales floor by implementing earth fare merchandising guidelines as outlined by the grocery manager
- assist customers by answering questions and guiding them to products that meet their dietary needs
- follow safety and cleanliness protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment
