Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Have mutual respect for others and maintain ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Maintain a positive attitude with the ability to interact well with customers
- Have good communication skills and be able to take direction
- Ability to perform repetitive activities and multitask
- Able to transfer boxes up to 60 pounds without mechanical assistance
- Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
- Be able to perform assigned duties

Job Duties
- Stock shelves in various departments such as dry grocery, dairy, and frozen foods
- Fill frozen foods bins and maintain their presentation
- Receive product deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy
- Move product to the sales floor using various types of equipment
- Rotate merchandise to ensure product freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor
- Follow safety and health regulations while performing duties
