Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in culinary leadership and casual dining
- Certification in a hospitality-related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- English fluency

Job Duties
- Ensure high performance and maintain excellence and hospitality throughout each service period
- Direct the kitchen team to ensure consistent execution of food and smooth service flow
- Educate dining room service staff on menu items and culinary procedures through tastings and presentations
- Maintain positive working relationships with dining room leaders and line staff at all times
- Ensure all recipes, preparations, and food execution meet the restaurant’s specifications and commitment to culinary excellence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fully compliant kitchen environment, adhering to all A level health code standards
- Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure all new hires are trained and confident in their roles
