Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in grill or fry cook role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- sets up and breaks down fry, grill and expo stations
- assists with prep work
- maintains quality control of food taste and presentation
- controls waste management
- assists with unloading deliveries and other tasks as they arise
- adheres to top level CDC and Alaska State Food, Safety and Cleanliness guidelines
- interacts comfortably with guests as a team player
