Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of previous culinary experience
  • Experience with grill and cold prep preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes, techniques, and procedures accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Delight our Guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Passionately prepare food products, including all meats, poultry, and seafood items, as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
  • Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
  • Ensure Guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food product
  • Be a team player and have high attention to detail
