Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years of culinary experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment
  • effective communication skills
  • strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of previous culinary experience including grill and cold prep preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • passionately prepare food products including all meats, poultry, and seafood items as per recipe, technique, and procedure
  • assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
  • ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
  • be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
