Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years of culinary experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required in kitchen settings
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow recipes, safety standards, and kitchen protocols
  • strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset

Job Qualifications

  • one to two years of previous culinary experience, including grill and cold prep, preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • delight our guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • passionately prepare food products, including all meats, poultry, and seafood items, as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
  • assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
  • ensure our guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
  • be a team player and have high attention to detail
