Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous culinary experience preferably 1-2 years
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of previous culinary experience including grill and cold prep preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes, techniques, and procedures accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for preparing high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Passionately prepare food products including all meats, poultry, and seafood items as per recipe, technique, and procedure
  • Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
  • Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
  • Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
