Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary experience preferably 1-2 years
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- One to two years of previous culinary experience including grill and cold prep preferred
- Ability to follow recipes, techniques, and procedures accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for preparing high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences
Job Duties
- Delight our guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passionately prepare food products including all meats, poultry, and seafood items as per recipe, technique, and procedure
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
- Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
