Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to two years of experience in culinary or grill cooking preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and physically perform kitchen tasks
Job Qualifications
- One to two years of previous culinary experience preferred
- Experience with grill cooking and cold preparation
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for food quality and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passionately prepare food products including all meats, poultry, and seafood items as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
- Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
