Job Requirements
- One to two years of previous culinary experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Delight our Guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passioanately prepare food products to include all meats, poultry, and seafood items as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- Ensure our Guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
- Be a team player and have high attention to detail
