Job Requirements
- Alcohol beverage certification
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in private club, hotel or fine dining operations
- One year of related experience and/or training in restaurant operations preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Capability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- One year of related experience in restaurant operations preferred
- Experience in private club, hotel, or fine dining operations preferred
- Alcohol beverage certification
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good organizational skills
Job Duties
- Prepare, pour and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Assist bartender with orders from walk-up guests
- Stock bar and complete pre-opening requirements
- Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Follow standard recipes for beverage preparation
