Job Requirements
- must be 21 years or older

- ability to manage and uphold a safe working condition
- knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) and phone systems
- capable of proper cash handling and turn-in standards
- ability to maintain cleanliness and perform side work
- strong customer service and communication skills

- capacity to work in a fast-paced and team environment

- 1+ years of cooking experience
- experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition

- understands functions of Point of Sale (POS) and phone system

- demonstrates proper service sequence with guests

- understands how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
- must be dependable
