Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years or older
  • minimum 1 year of cooking experience
  • ability to manage and uphold a safe working condition
  • knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) and phone systems
  • capable of proper cash handling and turn-in standards
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and perform side work
  • strong customer service and communication skills

  • capacity to work in a fast-paced and team environment
  • able to take direction

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of cooking experience
  • experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition

  • understands functions of Point of Sale (POS) and phone system
  • demonstrates proper cash handling and turn-in standards
  • understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards
  • demonstrates proper service sequence with guests
  • understands dining room flow mechanics
  • understands reservations procedures
  • understands how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
  • must be dependable
  • must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to work in a team environment
  • must be able to take direction
