Job Requirements

Ability to work with people
Must be able to communicate effectively by writing, telephone, and personal meetings

Stand and walk on feet for 8 hours

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Certified in serving alcohol responsibly
CPR certified
MSDS trained
Completed A WAIR program
Strong communication skills
Outgoing personality
Ability to work flexible schedules
Ability to work well in team environments

Job Duties

Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
Prepares and pours all types of food and drink for customers and cocktail servers upon request
Processes all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately and presents customer with grill receipt
Follows direction from Waterpark Grill Manager for basic principles and procedures of food preparation
Familiar with daily specials
Refills condiments at end of each shift
Performs other shift closing tasks as required
Adheres to all Health Department rules and regulations
Certified in serving alcohol with care
Adheres to ZMC Hotels standards
Performs duties requested by General Manager to aid in better operation of the hotel, grill area, lounge, and guest services
Maintains confidentiality of business functions including financial status, customer information, and employee issues
Keeps flexible and adaptable to job changes
Maintains CPR certification, MSDS training, and completed A WAIR program
Attends birthday party events and ensures the best guest experience possible
