Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Certified in serving alcohol responsibly
  • CPR certified
  • MSDS trained
  • Completed A WAIR program
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to work well in team environments

Job Duties

  • Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Prepares and pours all types of food and drink for customers and cocktail servers upon request
  • Processes all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately and presents customer with grill receipt
  • Follows direction from Waterpark Grill Manager for basic principles and procedures of food preparation
  • Familiar with daily specials
  • Refills condiments at end of each shift
  • Performs other shift closing tasks as required
  • Adheres to all Health Department rules and regulations
  • Certified in serving alcohol with care
  • Adheres to ZMC Hotels standards
  • Performs duties requested by General Manager to aid in better operation of the hotel, grill area, lounge, and guest services
  • Maintains confidentiality of business functions including financial status, customer information, and employee issues
  • Keeps flexible and adaptable to job changes
  • Maintains CPR certification, MSDS training, and completed A WAIR program
  • Attends birthday party events and ensures the best guest experience possible
